I joined the Royal Marines at the age of 18. Embarking on a career that has now spanned more than a decade. Serving on operations and training in demanding environments around the world. This has instilled the values of discipline, integrity, resilience, respect and an unwavering work ethic that continue to shape who I am and how I work today.

As my passion for golf grew, I began to recognise striking similarities between the game and my career in the Royal Marines. In both, you need a clear sense of direction, the discipline to maintain high standards and the character to conduct yourself well, even when no one is watching. While the military and golf are two very different worlds, they share one set of values. That realisation became the foundation of True Bearing Golf.
